Everything was great, customer service was excellent and explanation of everything involved was excellent. The only downside was that both garage doors were broken, which made loading and unloading a little more complicated.
Steer clear and check your bills. Supposedly, CubeSmart was awarded a customer service award, but I have no idea how We rented a unit at $57 a month, for a 10 x 10 x 8 unit. The next month it jumped up to $84 insurance For total of $96. I called in and they let me know that in three more months my unit would be going up to $113 per month plus $12 insurance. CubeSmart should give Jeremy Hintz a huge raise. This man has given his time and talents to your company for 7 years! Loyal, professional, knowledge, hardworking. Always willingly to go wherever he's asked to help his coworkers and the company. Yet he has to work 2 jobs just to pay his bills. Come on CubeSmart do better give this man the compensation he deserves! Team Jeremy!!
Good place to store your extra stuff. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.
