Tracey and staff have been providing excellent, friendly service over the years. I am a customer that stops in more than once a week and can rely on my shipments being delivered to the facility each month.The storage facility is kept clean and organized.

Revised review: When I initially rented my unit I was told that rents fluctuated. Understood. My rent went up from 110/mo to 150/mo!! And the reasons were because the operated well maintained secure units. REALLY!? This winter I’m moved in and the snow removal was the worst I’ve ever seen. The bathrooms are in a constant state of abysmal and filthy, the garage doors were broken twice upon arrival AND a unit has been robbed - all since I move in late last fall.
