I've been here for 7 years, and I need to update my review cause this place literally takes advantage of their customers, I started out at barely 100 dollars, and now I am paying nearly 300 for the same unit that's just ridiculous. They raise the rent way too much and too often!
Marie helped me transfer units. Saved me money . It was seamless. Great attitude. Clean facilities. Feel safe leaving my stuff in storage here.
My unit was broken into along with 4 others about a week ago. Wasnt notified until 3 days after the occurrence according to the police. Front office says cameras work, police say they dont. Over 100k worth of stuff we had prepped for auction had been stolen. Sounds like office staff lies to customers as well as to the police. BEWARE 🥲MY STUFF WAS STOLEN AND DIDN'T RECEIVE A CALL UNTIL DAYS LATER/ NO MGT. CONCERN WAS TOLD SERERVAL DIDN'T STORIES BY A LEAST FOUR NO ONE CARES ‼️ CAMERAS DON'T WORK THIS HAPPENED TOO AT LEAST (6 )OF LAST WEAK.... My stuff was stolen I literally don't own anything any more because of the lack of security camera usage your company provides. If any of this matters to you all then you need to strongly consider having security at every location to make sure things are secure AT ALL TIMES or cameras that ACTALLY work... I will never use you guys again nor will I ever recommend your company to anyone just for safety reasons..
