The person behind the desk was knowledgeable and efficient. My 2 star rating is,because I came in to rent your ad touting a $56 rate Only to be told it was no longer available but $61 was. I did pay it and rented the 5x10 space.

So I rented a cube Ashley was very helpful! She stated I had to purchase your insurance! I stated I have my own! She politely said just bring your policy in and she’ll take off your insurance! I’ve been by at least ten times! No one is ever in the office! There’s a little clock that says when someone will be back, and guess what no one comes! Not happy with your company’s idea of customer service!

Easiest sign up I have ever experienced. Units and facilities are extremely clean and well maintained.

I had the best experience here! Some of these facilities are so confusing doing everything online but the manager Ashley was so helpful walking me through my rental and everything we needed. Very reasonable pricing and clean facility.
