I came here urgently looking for a unit after my apartment flooded. Ashley was extremely helpful and helped me get a unit immediately and was extremely kind. She was very empathetic for my situation and even offered me a free lock which was greatly appreciated. It was really refreshing dealing with someone so friendly while dealing with this crummy situation. Great for students looking to store stuff for the summer!!
Easy to reserve, especially for out of state families supporting MSU students. Jill is extremely helpful and the facility is secure and easy to maneuver.
