From the first phone call to CubeSmart to moving out of our unit with Devon Self Storage, Jill went above and beyond! She took the time to help us determine the unit and plan that best suited our needs. We only wish we had discovered her sooner! The name may have changed, but Jill and her dedication remain beyond compare.
Excellent service
I walked into the office and was met by a very friendly and helpful lady. My original request was just canceled because I was a day late but she got me into a unit that was actually better than what I requested. I have not seen this type of customer service in a while and thought that good customer service disappeared.
