Laila Titi - District Manager informed me that my bank charged cube Smart a 30 return fee for ACH payments. That was a lie. Cube Smart charged me and she knew that. I was trying to have a fee waived because I entered the wrong account number. And it’s been a hard month. And it was a mistake made WHILST TRYING TO PAY A BILL.!!!
