Too expensive and why is it they can charge the same unit size for different prices and after3 month go up on the unit? Waiting for this question to be answered.

I had such a great experience thanks to Liah! Moving is already stressful, but she made the whole process feel effortless. She was friendly, patient, and helped me get everything set up without any issues. She genuinely cares about helping people, and it shows. Liah was an absolute angel from start to finish. She made my moving process so much less stressful and went above and beyond to help me get settled into my storage unit. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly kind, and made everything quick and easy. Customer service like hers is hard to come by. Thank you so much, Liah

This is unacceptable as a business we are waiting outside with other customers waiting to move out of storage and we have been waiting for an hour the manager is saying they won’t be back until 2pm we’ve been here once 12pm this is not good everyone is becoming very inpatient and upset because we have to stand around and wait instead of moving over things I’m never doing business here again
