John, who i assumed was the manager made sure the space was clean, the lock worked properly.. showed me to the space several times and made sure all the lightbulbs were changed so the lighting in the space was good ... the storage facility was clean overall in the Covid era ... overall pleasant doing business w/ these folks ..

Britney Whitaker & Charlotte, they both were great. I was in need of a unit, like yesterday and these two ladies were very professional and found me a great unit. I would like to thank them for all of their help, especially since I was stress over my move.
Britney Whitaker was the best General manager that I ever dealt with she did her job to the fullest I'm very proud of her my name is Melvin still have a great night and a better day.
CubeSmart only mentioned their requirement that I have insurance (minimum of $12/month) when I came to the unit to drop off my belongings, despite the fact that I called to discuss pricing before making the reservation. Beware!
The staff is very professional...the area is clean and safe......SO glad to find this company.
Friendly, professional, got me in and out to downsize a bit...from 10x15 to 10x10...happy saving $60.00/month.
