Another awesome job done by the team in South Windsor, Ct. I won an online storage unit and the team made fast and efficient progress on the deal. I was in and out in no time. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. I just wish that customers could call the storage facilities direct!! And not have to go through a chain or calls, transferred and dropped calls and emails… just to answer a 2 second question. As far as customer service, this is the ONLY FLAW that I see in the system.
