The rental process was difficult at first. I was not able to store vehicle in the assigned storage unit because of snow. But the employees were able to move me to another unit which worked out great! They were patient with me and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve rented from CubeSmart before and this is by far the best experience that I’ve had.
I was having such a horrible day and the moment I walked in the office Sarah was so helpful helped me calm down explains everything to me and I was able to understand everything If I could give 10 stars, I would ! Definitely will be coming back.
