Just got off the phone with the customer service representative and have a case because this location has had me on the waitlist for a 10 x 20 storage unit for 11 months and confirmed with higher-ups that there are currently some available right now and have been available the entire time and since I’ve been waiting to upgrade to my 5 x 10 to a 10 x 20 storage unit I’ve been overcharged twice And on the second time and being told that there’s nothing they can do for me and the customer service is just absolutely atrocious th... read more
