I TOTALLY REGRET renting a unit at CubeSmart. Hard to believe these other reviews— Our experience has been terrible. Our unit is supposed to be climate controlled but it’s too hot to spend more than 20 minutes inside. You might get a good move in deal but they raise $$ the $$ rent so often we’re now paying twice as much. OUTRAGEOUS GREED, in my opinion, for an *old and run down facility*. The back perimeter fence is broken down so anybody could crawl over it. My wife DOES NOT FEEL SAFE being there alone. Planning to move out... read more
Have hade two storage lockers out here at Cube Smart. The place is safe and clean. Theresa has been very easy great.
Andre explained everything clearly, showed me the unit, helped with the lock, and got me through the paperwork without a hitch. Thank you very much!
I've been here 2 maybe 3 years, I have no complaints no problems. Staff has been very friendly, very accommodating. Fives all the way.

This is shady operation, the manager is irresponsible and not nice to customers .I rented for 3 months never received my free month or discount I was told about when I reserved my unit .I will not recommend or use again .
