This staff is great. My issue is with the insurance. It was not until after the flood from the hurricane we had that I learned none of us were provided any sort of coverage for flood which meant all of us that lost property during the hurricane were all taking a loss. When I spoke to management take passed the book to the insurance company who gave me false hope in sending someone out to inspect the property tell my come back and tell me they weren't going to do anything.
