This is the first time I've had to rent a storage unit in over 20 years. Just moved to the Austin area and chose CubeSmart even though it wasn't the closest to me. Their pricing seemed very competitive until...If you don't bring a lock WITH you at time of contract...you pay. If you don't have insurance coverage...you pay. Ok, not happy but moved ahead with the deal because I had stuff that I needed to store that day. Now after three months their "great price" just got jacked up by more than 40%! Kathy was very pleasant to work with. Facilities are relatively new and clean.
Friendly staff, especially Kathy. She bent over backwards to make sure I was set up and ready to go. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to all my friends.
If you like rat poison in your furniture, then this is your place.
