Customer service was excellent, very informative, easy, and inexpensive.
Worst customer service EVER currently. This was a 5 star facility until they got this new General Manager Karen Mills in March. She is a VERY angry, rude and VERY NASTY person. She will yell at you and threaten to call the police for NO reason, especially if you are Hispanic. Until management can figure out what to do with NASTY, stay away from this facility. Karen Mills processed my initial rental agreement. She was very courteous and friendly. The storage unit was very clean and easy to access. One thing I truly appreciated was the fact they have a flat bed moving cart in the storage facility, This made is easier to move boxes in, rather than using a 2-wheel cart.
I started with Laurie and she was excellent at customer service. Then George finished up our sale and was just as amazing. Clean facility and the best customer service and then the prices are the cherry on top. Thank you Laurie and George!!
