RecommendedReserving a unit online was very simple (no payment required) and they quickly followed up with a phone call to confirm (I had to change my move-in date and the person I spoke to was very helpful). I prepared ahead of time and arrived with a lock and with insurance already in place- be prepared to pay if you don't do the same. The staff was very helpful and getting my unit set up was simple. We moved from a larger unit on one floor to a smaller unit on another floor. The manager Martjuan was so helpful. There was a large moving van that had been there for hours and was in everybody's way and was occupying one of the elevators and lobby in front of the elevators. With the managers help we ere able to move our remaining things in a couple of hours. This place is so convenient and staff is so helpful !!! This was at 295 and Beach Blvd.

Glad some folks here in Jacksonville seem happy about CubeSmart. The furniture in my unit in Panama City Beach, FL was ruined by mold. Put in in July 2017, ruined by October 2017. CubeSmart says they are not responsible at all. My advice is read your contract and be an informed consumer. I will post a pic.

I just want to say that renting a storage unit from Cube Smart on 295 and Beach blvd has been amazing. The units are kept clean and they made moving SO SIMPLE ! The hand carts are always available to move from your vehicle to your unit. clean restrooms and a vending machine. The office staff was more than willing to help and had a great personality ! Thank you so much ! I have a 10x20 filled to the roof ! I will forever more chose CubeSmart when I need a storage unit for life's curveballs ! Thanks again and stay blessed !
