I use this location, and I like the facility. However, I am extremely disappointed with the arbitrary rate increase that was applied to my account, and the District Manager's refusal to uphold my discount (which motivated me to become a customer in the first place). This is NOT excellent customer service that Cubesmart claims to be known for. Beware of rate increases! Monitor your bill!
