Does anyone know how storage units work, because apparently I’m oblivious. Our things have been in there for 3 months. We had 3 of those jars of the Damp Rid in here. Our couches are all molded, including our sectional which we just paid $1200 for a month before moving it in here. I asked the lady in the office why this could’ve happened and she says she has no clue and that that’s never happened before. the process was so easy and the young lady working the front area was so good at her job. she had better customer service than chic fil a, and that's hard to beat!!
