If this review is correct then I would like to see the manager of this unit be transferred to the Macon rd location as the manager there as a arrogant rude jerk with NO customer service skills!!!!
I had a wonderful experience using this location of U Store It. The staff was wonderful & helped me with every step of the way to try & make my transition from a house to storage easier. They are a well maintained facility & I will definetly be recommending them to anyone who asks. 12.03.09
