My new furniture was ruined with mold in a climate controlled unit and I had the insurance but after being told I would be reimbursed I was then given the run around and wrong phone numbers to call and hung up on by Donna in the office. Very poor service and neither really knows their job. So disappointed! The two units next to mine also had mold damage to mattresses and other items. Bad service will ruin a business.
Artemis at the NE Evangeline Thruway was soooo amazing to work with!!! She was sweet and very hospitable, I couldn’t has asked for better service!!! She’s the perfect host to this facility! I will consider her a friend anytime I’m in and out and that’s what it’s all about!! Thank you!!
I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this CubeSmart! Management is extremely pleasant and helpful, the place is clean and easy to access, and security is well monitored. The place is located on a high spot, so just in case there was to be another catastrophic flood it is unlikely to be affected. I highly recommend!

The management staff is excellent, they go out of their way to assist you. I was extremely satisfied with their service. The facility is safe and extremely clean.
Efficient Staff, Safe Environment and Easy Access!!!
The facility is very clean. The two attendants, Donna and Deanna were extremely helpful. One of the elevators stopped working so we had to use the elevator at the other end of the building and walk all of the furniture to our end.
