RecommendedThis place is where I store my things. They were very professional, kind, and helpful. They walked me to my storage and just sent me. This is what you look for when service is being rendered. At this point I would use them again. Very pleasant
very bad customer service is terrible. Left 6 messages for them (Anthony Cox) to return my calls . started at noon none bt their early closing houts. recommend STORAGE ONE. but this was my daughter's Choice when she stole most of my belongings out of my apartment and put them in this place she didn't tell me for over a month where they were even. So now they want to charge me an additional $110 because of the late fees and they're going to try to sell all my things but I need things like shoes and glasses and socks and under... read more
No communication with customers. Upgrading their system which has flaws, and want to pass the price unto the customers. Way too pricey

Well I had set up to do auto pay and lady working didn't know how to process it had to call it in costing me an extra 4.00 to process it. And tryed to put in a payment 2 days early when I had set up auto pay when I go in to pay I will find out why you were trying 2 days before my check comes in other than that the staff is real friendly
