HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FORGETS TO CANCEL AUTOPAY AFTER YOU MOVE OUT AND STEALS YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. STILL WAITING (60+ DAYS) FOR THEM TO MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. CLEARLY I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CALL MY LAWYER!!
MOLD DAMAGE IN "CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT". I rented a unit for 3 months and several pieces of FURNITURE had mold damage. The insurance they recommended I purchase only covers mold damage where there is water damage, not when the unit is not FUNCTIONING AS A Climate Controlled UNIT. CUBESMART Did Nothing..... DO NOT STORE YOUR FURNITURE IN A CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT - THE MOVERS NOTICED THE MOLD AND SAID THE AC WAS PROBABLY TURNED DOWN OR OFF TO CAUSE MOISTURE IN THE UNIT....
