Great customer service! Deirdre, Anthony and Christopher as well as the others I dealt with provided exception customer service. Our house sold sooner than expected and we need to put a bunch of our stuff in storage while we found another home. Within 48 hours I had a Cubeit on my drive way and was packing. They handled the long distance move for us and delivered our items to our new home right on time. I would definitely use them again.
From inquiry up to booking the schedule, everything was a breeze. All their staff are very nice to talk to.

Terrible experience with Cubeit. Twice I only found out on delivery day that I needed a city permit, leaving me scrambling and out extra money. Poor communication, rude customer service, and what should’ve been a quick move turned into 6 months of storage and $1,650 in fees. Moving is stressful enough—Cubeit made it worse. Costco should not align themselves with this company.
