I don’t leave reviews, but these are ridiculous people. Overcharging is one, customer service and dispatch just don’t care. Will drop your container at 7pm and then will pick it up at 7 am the next morning. Waste of my moment and most importantly my time. Worse than bell and Rogers, if that is possible at all.
Excellent customer service . Everyone l spoke to was extremely helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t able to be present for the delivery, but it was there waiting when l arrived exactly where it was supposed to be. I was amazed that we were able to choose the exact spot using satellite imagery. This was important because it was a condo parking lot situation. They followed up immediately afterwards to make sure l was satisfied. Hopefully everything will run just as smoothly for the pick up. I highly recommend this company. Also... read more
