Excellent experience. We were unable to have the cube delivered in our small townhome complex but they let us pack it at the storage yard which was super convenient. Great customer service, quick and easy to talk to a real person when needed!

Be aware that the advertised capacity may be misleading. The 8' x 8' x 16' container was marketed as being suitable for a 3–4 bedroom home, but when it arrived, it was clear that it was much smaller than expected. After I raised the issue, I was informed that the container was actually intended for a 2-bedroom home. This was very different from what was originally advertised. We've had a very good experience with this company. Jatinder was very helpful in setting up the drop off and pick up/drop off of our storage container. We had the same driver for both drops and she did an excellent job of navigating our still-under-construction driveway. Would definitely recommend!
