Had my wife call to ask questions and enquire about signing up. The person the phone was intrusive and rude and pushy. Never come across terrible customer service
Contracted a 13-year-old against their own terms — no waiver, no consent, no legality. Cube43 allowed my 13-year-old daughter to sign up for a paid membership without any parental consent, and without signing the required waiver.
