This guy came to my shop charged me £50, told me he was getting the part to repair my freezer, strung me along for a month, while he knew it was costing a bomb to run, when I politely asked if he was able to carry the work out after a month he insisted he could and then blocked my number. Clearly incompetent at the job and has no regard for customers!
