One of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. This agency was disorganised, unresponsive, and extremely difficult to deal with throughout the tenancy. Getting anything repaired was a struggle. Absolutely terrible experience renting through this agency. From the beginning, communication was unreliable, emails and calls were ignored, and we constantly had to chase them just to get basic responses. Routine inspections felt excessive and overly nitpicky, with unrealistic expectations that went well beyond normal wear and tear.
