Great service, easy to deal with received the items really quickly
I had a parcel incorrectly delivered. The team at Cube moto endeavoured to sort this out and reordered my parts to get my bike back on track. Talk about expert customer service, user friendly amazing website and aussie business! I am a big fan
Slick website, the only online Ducati OEM parts ordering I could find in Australia. Sadly it took 19 days to deliver 3L oil, oil filter, crush washer, and fuel connector, all common service parts you’d expect to be stocked, not special order items. Had no response via contact on website when querying delivery status and took a few tries on the phone not to get directed to voicemail.
