Most disappointing experience ever. I would tell you he does nothing. Would never use this company again‼
Huw's a nice enough guy, but the follow-through on promises and customer care is really poor. Communication with customers? Forget it. You're stuck leaving messages all over the place that don't get answered.
Very professional, fast, efficient, and low cost
Tech came out to check my frig yesterday. He was suppose to submit his report to my home warranty company. He has not submitted the report, therefore the Home Warranty company is waiting for the report before they fix the frig. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. Will be submitting a complaint to BBB.
