As an “Over the road” Owner/Operator, truck driver, breakdowns, malfunctions, and various issues arise unexpectedly. We rely on and more specifically are at the mercy of “Road Service” crews/facilities to come to the rescue. When I say we’re at the mercy of these crews/facilities, it’s because they know they have us by the “Short Hairs” and pretty much can charge us whatever they want..
