I should say this is the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. First, some of their agents are so unprofessional that they give u inconsistent estimate on a same car with same situation. I went there twice and got 2 different estimates on a same car. When I questioned why they increased the price for fixing the same car, they said the former agent who was not working there any more gave me a wrong estimate, and they refused to honor the previous estimate. My best friend and I suffered a fraud in this body shop place. They do not know what they are doing. They forgot to fix something on my friend's car and charged more fees. They never apologize for what they did wrong and act like they are the only bodyshot place in the United States. I will never drop off my car here. Terrible service and they are not creditable at all. If you can find any other store, do not come to them.
$720. When I picked up my car, they left one dent unfixed with the same price. Otherwise, they said I need to pay additional $250 to fix the rest! They are trying to fool their customers, and this is a fraud! (There is no way to return the service. If they only done half work, I will not use them at all). Do not go to this store forever! They do not know what they are doing. So do not left your car!
They give you price on paper before you decided to drop off your car. However, they increased 35% - 40% of fees when you picked up your car for no reason! Oh, BTW, they forgot to fix the left side of your door and charged you the same price! After you call their boss, they will still request you pay a lot extra than the original agreed price on paper! 911 cannot fix this, you have to pay first, and find a lawyer to sue them.
