We had someone break into our storage unit and they trashed everything. They also stole a few thousand dollars worth of assets. The storage unit owners did absolutely nothing, dodged our calls, refused to refund anything, and then continued to charge until we were able to move our stuff out. I give one star only to leave a review. 11 months in the over priced unit. Constant anxiety and worry. Go by and gate is wide open or codes don't work. Days to get in when you can catch her. Can't reach anyone by phone for days. Can't pay web site sucked. Never did work for me. Can't reach her till the 5th late fee!!! All my stuff became infested with mice. I cleaned that up.
