I had an appointment at 4:40 pm atthis clinic . It takes me 2 hours to get there from my location. I arrived early. I approached the first receptionist window to find a man sitting there, he did not look at me or acknowledge my presence, as he was busy texting on his phone . I called for an emergency question over the phone and they immediately hung up on me. I called again and they did the same thing. So professional cuba health care workers. Front desk lady's need to have some compassion and patience!!!! You're dealing with real lives here!!

I’m a CDT hiker that needed to see a doctor as I was passing thru. They fit me in the day before a holiday weekend. Every staff member was so kind: front desk, nurses and doctor. My prescriptions came out to 0.25$ and I didn’t have a quarter. The kind woman at the front desk paid for my prescriptions for me. I highly recommend this place.
