The visit I am referring to took place a year ago, but it was so traumatizing that I only now feel like leaving a review. I went to get an extraction done on a pre-molar on the top of my mouth that had a pretty serious cavity in it. When Dr. Fuchs went to numb me, he grabbed onto my cheek and roughly jerked it multiple times, which I think was meant to distract me from the needle and I guess it worked since his cheek jerking hurt more than the needle did. Went earlier this week for a extraction. He did not complete the procedure, but billed as such. He only removed/broke the top portion of the tooth leaving majority of the tooth including the roots after stating the procedure was a success. Had to come out of more money to go elsewhere, and they confirmed he did not complete the extraction of the tooth. They explained if I didn't get this taking care of, this could be detrimental to my health, possibly death because it could easily get infected. The procedure was barbaric. Th... read more
