This is truly the best pharmacy I’ve ever been with it! Bob, Minh, and Melissa are top notch! They are always patient, friendly, and on top of everything! I was with another pharmacy, which shall remain nameless, for 15 years and it was hard to leave because I had been with them so long, but the service was substandard and I had had enough. Hi, wanted to share that this pharmacy is one the best we've been to and a review of the pharmacy only. Times available for pickup are reasonable and phone calls are answered. Very helpful, polite, and quick with refills. We are happy to switch pharmacist! Like Bob particularly he's very knowledgeable, kind, just good vibes all around especially for people struggling with trying to find a balance with their mental health.
Some of the staff is excellent. For the most part, I don't have issues here. My mom, however, often has the issue of them being out of stock of a couple of her medications that she takes which can honestly be very frustrating but it is what it is I guess.
The pharmacist who did my covid booster and flu shot today was an absolute pro - I'm a needle-phobic person, and I barely even felt the immunizations I recieved today. He was so kind and helpful, and I really appreciate everything he's doing to help get Minnesotans vaccinated! Thank you guys!
