I chose to switch to this pharmacy because I've had horrible experiences with other pharmacies, the reviews seemed genuine and it was close to my job. I've experienced nothing but friendly vibes and absolute professionalism. It's the most consistently positive pharmacy experience I've ever had. I live about ~30 minutes away, so it's a bit of a drive when I have to pick-up medicine on my day off, but the customer service and care is worth it. I don't plan to change pharmacies anytime soon.
Yousif, Jeff and Nancy are all fantastic. They are consistently friendly and they extend beyond the transaction and add nice human warmth. Yousif had not seen me in three months and remembered my name without any prompting.
I switched to Cub pharmacy years ago after having several issues with a different pharmacy. I even moved out of the area, and still make the drive to Lakeville to get my prescriptions. Best decision I ever made! Yousif, Nancy and Jeff are incredibly kind and knowledgable. I've never had any issues in all these years. They're like family to me. It's nice to feel cared for.
Yousif is extraordinary. I don't say this lightly. In a world of indifferent (at best) customer service, he exudes authenticity and genuine care for customers. After dealing with horrible service from Walgreens, CVS, etc, this is a HUGE, 180 degree, difference. Give him your business. You won't ever regret it. Great man. And he has a great team.
