After 11 years of coming to this pharmacy in new pharmacist treated us very inappropriately. My wife actually started crying after the encounter. We had a family member, struggling with depression, and the pharmacist made rude, inappropriate, unprofessional comments to the personal for needing the medication. They always have my Rx in stock. Sometimes I have to wait but it’s usually not more than 10 minutes. If I don’t have my Rx number, it’s impossible to get a refill with the automated system. It would be nice if you could leave a voicemail and have them call me back.
On hold for over an hour today 5/2 and no one ever answered. This is a new prescription so I don’t have a script number and can’t use the automated system. Why is everywhere like this now, what happened to customer service?
