Trying to refill a prescription online is maddening - refill option is grayed out... Have to use phone system... And keeps trying to send me too locations miles away - randomly - one minute I am at the right location - then one click and i'm somewhere else...
Updating my review again March 16,2026. Down from 2 stars to 1 star. There are 5 people working in the pharmacy, but only one person helping people in line. The person ahead of me is picking up a dozen or more prescriptions, maybe some kind of care giver. She made multiple calls to try and figure out what to pick up and not. Again one person helping people in line and the others back there ignoring us all. I am done with this place! They clearly have too much business and don't care if they keep mine. I had updated my review in February 2026 and downgraded from 4 stars to 3, adding they are still slow with long lines. Now mid March 2026 and it seems busier than even longer lines than ever. Below are older comments from the previous year. Even though I called my prescription in yesterday morning and the automated system said it would be ready to pick up yesterday afternoon, it wasn't ready today at 5 PM..I was watching those ahead if me and it appears they were filling those as people got up to the counter. I went in to grab a medication for my son and myself. When I went up I said “Hi, I have a medication to pick up for (insert mine and my sons name) she didn’t look up or greet me and instead said rolled her eyes and made a face and said kind of rudely “I need your date of birth” like I was supposed to know to give that to her off the bat. There was an issue with my prescription and I couldn’t remember the name of what it was and she was making very obvious annoyed faces and rolled her eyes again at the computer.
