Failed to inform me that they can’t fill my medication and also can’t even order it for me. I had to chase them for answers. Awful service. Unfortunate too because they were previously so helpful. Better hope that another pharmacy can accept the prior authorization or I may become seriously ill. Fun times.
made me wait 2 days and then turned me away 2x. Both times I went to walgreens and was helped immediately. They dont know what theyre doing.
I would give them a 0 if possible. They delayed my prescriptio for a week and I had to research and teach them how to look up my insurance. Just very incompetent, and don't know that a paper copy of a prescription can be verified and theyve filled before. DONT GO HERE!!
