They could improve customer experience by giving people a realistic time to pick up prescriptions. They are never ready when they say they are going to be ready. Always need to come back later. Staff,(Crystal) was extremely rude and told me to go elsewhere when I voiced complaint. She needs to be reprimanded or fired.
I’m the midst of a shift to Cub Pharmacy a very kind man helped me navigate the process and insured my prescriptions were filled and prepared for delivery. I am so grateful to him and for Cub Pharmacy
It takes days for a new prescription to be filled. This has happened multiple times. Unacceptable and they seem to care less. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. Best of luck.
