Rude and nonsensical. I tried to make an appointment for my 92-year-old mother to have a Covid vaccination. The link on the Club pharmacy site was broken and not allowing online appointments to be booked. I found the pharmacy to try to make an appointment so she would not have to wait around because she is elderly and can't stand for long periods of time. I have to take a minute to love on my Cub Pharmacy in St Anthony… I went to urgent care this afternoon where I was diagnosed with the flu. The doctor ordered Tamiflu and an inhaler. My prescriptions were ready for me to pick up in the time it took for me to drive there from urgent care! So grateful not to have to wait. Thank you Cub Pharmacy.😷❤️
They called me multiple times and robit said itbwas ready. I called twice to double confirm and cinfirm it could be picked up and NOT put back. Sent famiky member to pick up. It was put back and they couldn't refill it. NEVER AGAIN!! GO ELSEWHERE!!
I received a call from cub pharmacy and after the call I came and the line is too long and there’s 6 pharmacist in there and only one help the customer when I get to them after 45 minutes they said the medicine is not ready you have to come back or wait for 25 minutes I gave them rate 3/10
