I’m not sure what the issue is with one of the pharmacy techs. I came to fill my prescription around 4:50pm on 6/28/26. She had an extremely hostile and antagonizing demeanor towards me which was completely unwarranted since I hadn’t been unkind in any way. She interrupted me multiple times and seemed emotionally distraught. I felt extremely uncomfortable and am not sure why she was so unkind. Everyone has bad days, but if you don’t like your job, just quit. Better opportunities are out there for you I promise.
The Pharmacy Technician today who is helping in the window at 3:22 pm is very unprofessional no eyes contact and smile! She acts like we have problem with her or not happy to be at work.

The Cub Food Pharmacy on Meadowlands in White Bear Township is the slowest Pharmacy of all the Cub Foods pharmacies I've dealt with. Every time I go to pick up a prescription they are never ready. I get the same song and dance of "we are behind schedule it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes." I've been going to this location for the convenience, but I'm tired of the headache and hassle so I will be switching to a different Pharmacy.
