The female pharmacist is not nice at all. She wouldn't listen to me and was very rude. She refused to run my meds through insurance until the next day. My med is a prn. I was also told by the the pharmacist Alex that we could run it through my insurance on day 11, and she tells me no that's wrong. Not my fault. I just need my meds.
Nice, cozy pharmacy that always tries to accommodate me, even with odder requests like asking for a different generic brand from the one they'd given me recently. Some of the complaints about the pharmacists who work here make no sense to me, like a complaint from three weeks ago about Mr. Chak, literally the nicest, most friendly guy there is. I give Veansa Chak one star for being agenerally arrogant, rude, and lacking social skills.
I had the honor of speaking to the most rude female pharmacist today. The Pharmacist was also very rude to the RN at my pain clinic. How can this woman be allowed to speak to customers & medical staff????
