Great service. Great staff. Solves any issues quickly and always willing to get to know the patients to best suit their needs. I recommend this pharmacy to others in the area struggling with other pharmacies around here.
Came to update from 1 star to 4. The pharmacy manager here is incredible, and after switching providers for my meds, it has been sooo much easier. Also the pharmacist that I really had the issue was just helping temporarily and does not work there (Thank GOD) my only complaints now would be the hours, however, they have standard pharmacy hours for cub foods and those hours are regulated by union contracts etc so not an issue that can be helped by the employees. Excellent service. Been going here for years. From the Pharmacists to Technicians, they all help each other to go the extra mile and help customers. Great job everyone!
I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, but over the last several months it’s been nothing but issues. The staff is rude. I waited for 20 minutes only to be told they were too busy to help and answer my Rx questions which ended up on me missing out on my prior authorization that at the time was approved. I later spoke with my insurance company and was told they ran my meds then reversed them out of the system (again missing out on my meds and prior authorization). Their hours now are inconvenient.
