Hi besties😁 It’s been almost 2 months since we canceled service and I’m still waiting for your company to come get your equipment. Don’t worry I fixed the piece that broke due to high pressure in my pump since we can’t monitor it with your equipment attached. I’ve have been told we were on the schedule for at least 6 weeks for someone to get the equipment. Giovanni was fantastic. He brushed, vacuumed, back washed and serviced the pool through bad weather conditions, plus he took time to explain why the pool looked like it did, what he did to correct it and what to do if there is no improvement in a couple days.
