I’m very frustrated with this landscape company. They were supposed to come out at a certain time and they were over an hour late. They did not call me to let me know they were running late, I had to call them. I had a lot to do today but I couldn’t do any of it due to them being late. I would have liked a heads up. They were understanding of my needs and took care of things the way I wanted which was good. Very responsive and friendly. Knowledgeable and hard working. Customer satisfaction is so important. They were everywhere doing every little thing to Neaten and make our yard look spectacular .
