Do not and I repeat do not see Dr. ARENDS. he is rude, arrogant, and really doesn’t care about you. Do yourself a favor. Don’t see this man.
The 1 star is for the MA and front desk staff. I would give a pile of dung for the provider I saw. He had a treatment plan before he met me. He assumed why I was there and told me he couldn't help. At no point was I given an opportunity to represent the reason for my appointment. He asked no questions. Referred me to the main campus because "they have more resources" and was done. Dr. Arends is young and inexperienced and arrogant
Unfortunately, my experience with this office was disorganized, confusing, and unnecessarily stressful. It took multiple days and several phone calls just to get an initial appointment scheduled. The first receptionist told me they had not yet received my son’s referral, but if I provided both the referral and authorization number, I could schedule.
