Amazing staff as everyone treated me like I was someone special. Attentive, organized, responsive and great communicators. No waiting around in a room hoping someone was going to see me.
Dr. Kleeman was terrific. Explained risks and benefits for surgeries very clearly. He even showed me a video of what happens in an ankle replacement. Now I have also seen and worked with Dr. Jessica Phillips and she is absolutely the best. Very thoughtful. You can tell she has the best training and experience as a doctor and yet so down to earth and nonjudgmental. Thank you!
As soon as I told them I had Colorado Medicaid they said they couldn’t get me scheduled. That’s pretty odd considering they are supposed to take my insurance and it’s literally a ten minute surgery. I guess I’m you going to have to tell my occupational therapist that this office doesn’t care at all about people in lower income bracket’s who are on state insurance. Hopefully my therapist will stop recommending this office because they obviously are too busy going on vacation and driving around in their Porsches to care about ... read more
