I spoke to a Provider for 15 minutes in a new patient appointment. No exam, no health topics covered- she just scheduled me for another preventative exam in August, asked which prescriptions I would be transferring in, and told me all about what the practice offers since I'm a new patient. Billed me for a Level IV appointment at the egregious amount of $661 AND added 64 more dollars for a "complex E/M visit add on." The billing dept. is the WORST I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No bills sent out, email(which who know if goes to spam files, no calls) just turns you over to collections so they don't have to do anything that is NOT automated. DO NOT Go there unless you are dying!!!
The quality of healthcare here is just fine. My review is in regards to the front desk. I have been trying to get my children’s records sent to a new provider for over a month. The front desk has given me incorrect information, promised return calls that never came, made me come in person to sign a records release form to then never send it to the records department… I finally called the records department directly to find that they never received a records request.
