I had such a wonderful experience with Paula Cusi, PA, at my dermatology visit. She truly listened to all of my concerns and made me feel completely heard and understood. She took her time, addressed my issues thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. She is genuinely the sweetest and kindest PA I’ve ever seen. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive dermatology care!
Doc experience was great! Admin experience not. I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks ago, and was informed that the doctor I wanted didn’t exist (spoiler alert, they had her card in the office) so I had to schedule with someone else, which I did. Fast forward to last night, I logged onto my chart and verified that I had to arrive by 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment.
