I had an outstanding experience with Julia Andrade, PA-C, and Victoria, the medical tech. Both have wonderful attitudes and made my visit exceptionally comfortable. Julia’s mission statement says she strives to really get to know her patients—and it absolutely shows. The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name, but someone called her “gorgeous” as her hair five mates were leaving) greeted me with such warmth that it set the tone for the entire visit. This is an over the top facility. Friendly. Clean. Not crowded. Caring.
A very positive experience visiting the CU Medical Center dermatology clinic yesterday. The facility is very well equipped and has a great staff who are very caring and professional. There is a sense of calm and quiet professionalism in the waiting area which is so important when clients need to know that they are being cared for by both the front desk and medical professionals. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a dermatologist; it was an excellent experience.
Following an Urgent Care visit & referral to Dermatology for a biopsy of a skin lesion I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call within a couple days from the Derm Clinic in the CU Medicine Bldg on Montview and then finding myself actually being scheduled for an appointment just a week or so out from that. Referrals placed in the past used to have 3 & 4 month waiting periods for "the first available appointment. The Dermatology staff were very nice and professional, but the parking.fpr the building was kind of confusing. Not very good signage.
