They did a wonderful job on my prodecure
Terrible service. I called to verify with my insurance and CU Medicine I would be covered. CU Medicine billed me the wrong treatment code. Had to pay $400 for 15 minutes with some mid tier doctor. Awful and rude billing team. Take your business elsewhere.
This is a warning to all the hard working people out there to do your due diligence before seeking treatment at a facility tied to CU Medicine billing. CU Medicine is not fully transparent with their billing practices. After receiving a pre-visit estimate for an upcoming visit with specific CPT codes and charges in line with a follow-up visit, they proceeded and got away with billing different codes and charges not on the pre-visit estimate (which was approximately 5 times the amount of the estimate). Biggest scam hospital/ER you'll ever go to. Sat for 3 hours at the littleton location to have my sons tooth pulled as his dentist was out of town.. After waiting and seeing the PA, they told me they don't have a dentist on staff (even though I confirmed prior why I was there). They then transferred me to see the dentist at the aurora location.
