This place has the most incompetent billing department and they are about to get sued. I had a bill go to collections that they never sent. I have proof through my Informed Delivery account that they never sent a single statement that I requested and they never informed me that they would be turning my account over to collections. The services were fine but CU Medicine is not transparent with their billing. As other have said. My son was at Children's and got a bill for CU Medicine. "Due upon receipt" then less than 30 days later, sent to collections! No communications or warnings that it was going to be sent to collections. Just be wary when at Children's that you are billed separately by CU Medicine and it's a pain to deal with.
A massive bill that does not align with the amount I owned example billing says $250 reality I owned $50 Why this organization University of Colorado Medicine (CU Medicine) handles billing and keep sending me a massive bill that does not align with the amount I owned. I paid since April we are in July. Please, update the billing amount. People gets confused and overpaid.
The medical care I received was top notch, five stars. However, the billing department is another matter entirely.This is the first one star review I've ever posted.
