Seriously their manager has local and national coverage stealing from a local high school band organization and using the money for vacations alcohol and other personal ..... Is this the kind of person and organization you want handling your money?... Wow wow wow crazy..
The worst experience we have ever had with a major transaction. Issues: meeting deadlines, responsiveness, professionalism, communication, documentation, systems/software platform, back-up support for out of office, vendor selection and customer service/follow-up to our feedback following closure (i.e., none) in addition to mailing final sensitive financial info in an unsealed envelope. Words can’t explain the poor customer service this place provides. An entire home was not purchased because of the poor training and quality of service of this place.
After speaking with then manager. I was put in touch with Dena and problem solved in less than a minute. Really awesome person! So much so that I've changed my review to 5 Stars. Thanks again Dena!
