Very easy to work with. All they ask is to keep your money in the black. Managers and tellers are very respectful, professional, and have gone above and beyond for us. I will be with this credit union for a very long time.
Worst mistake of my life. Forced placed insurance on us from the start even tho I go we proved we had it .4 years later paying over 600 a month they say my principal has gone up .Loan started at 26k as of today they say we owe 31k after paying over 34k over the past few years . The refuse to set with us an explain n why I hav been charged over 7 grand in late fees yet have 4 years of transactions with dat s and not one of them are late. They won't go back 4 years at my old house insurance company so we looked into a lawyer. ... read more
