Don't tell people on the phone that their warranty is like the best you could get, that it would cover all of the engine repair that it could need, and then, when the time comes, only be willing to pay part of it. When I tried to call and confront them they spun it around saying I wasn't understanding the warranty. obviously if I was calling to ask what they would cover, I did not have my copy, so I needed the details of what to expect my part to be. don't tell people they have the best warranty and there would be no out-of-... read more
Cu certified has been amazing for my boyfriend and I with my car and his truck. We both have no complaints! They have been pleasant to work with, and have covered what they list as covered so far when we have needed it- I would definitely recommend this warranty company. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
Ally carrico helped me out alot she went above an beyond to get my car fixed she deff deserves a raise she was really nice she cares about her job an her customers
Put car in shop on 3/26/25 still haven't heard from them to see what they're going to cover, I'll get back with rating once I find out . Update on 4/21/25 Finally on Thursday 4/17/25 an adjuster went and took notes,went back,and I'm still waiting to see if they are going to fix my car. Will continue to update as it goes on. UPDATE 6/30/25 just picked up the car after 3 months and 4 days. They fixed some shut wouldn't cover the modular and sensor that is the main cause of the problem. Horrible company!!! Please do your research on this company before you get any warranty. It's one of those companies that will give you the spin around until you mentally check out or give up. Unfortunately this company is tied to Velocity Community Credit union which is a great bank by the way but because how they made my day miserable and so stress. I would highly not recommend them. I'm actually calling the bank tomorrow and let them know that they need to cut ties with CU Certified. It's making their business look bad. Y... read more
