Philip is a kind gentleman with a flare for details and precision. He arrived to my location in his company van, he showed me his type of fasteners and material used. His quote and diagram were of professional order and his labor, product warranties are very good. He explained in detail the job scope. He was very patient due to the fact I scheduled my tree trimming in front yard I wanted completed first before the new gutters installed. Once completed, he was on the job very next day. CTX Gutters and Roofing installed gutters on my home just before a large rain storm. They arrived on time. Worked in an organized timely manner. There wasn't any debris left behind. The rain gutters blend seamlessly into the home. They look beautiful! And work perfectly! Im able to enjoy my patio without being splattered by rain I received excellent customer service and would recommend them!
Most important great job from start to finish and true to their word. They were running a few minutes late and let me know beforehand. Also, they let me know they were leaving for lunch. These are just two examples of the great communications. I requested a downspout to be turned a different way and without hesitation they changed it. I very seldom give reviews but Philip and his team deserve a great review.
Philip at CTX Gutters did a fantastic job installing gutters on my house. He responded quickly to my requests, took measurements, found gutters that perfectly matched the color of my trim, and installation was quick and efficient. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the gutters were installed in a way that complemented the layout of the exterior of the house. I can easily recommend their services.
